common cold is known to cause the stuffiness of the nose and also the
sinusitis.
I will therefore agree that the bleeding form the nose is a definitive possibility when there is a pressure on the nasal lining. This pressure may cause pressure on the blood vessels thereby causing the bleeding.
I dont consider swollen foot to be a part of the common cold, and I think you should meet an orthopedician for it
