Can Concor Be Used For High BP In A Renal Malfunctioned Patient?
I m 49 yrs old and having high blood pressure at the same time i was diagnosed with renal malfunction. my doctors prescribed me concor 5 plus. i ve using this medicines for more than a year. my renal problems get worst, i took took a second opinion from another doctor, he advised me to stop using concor 5 plus. he said not good for the patients having renal problems. i m confused now.....
Concor is a beta blocker and safe to use in patients with renal problems, so discuss with your doctor to continue it or use combined Alpha+beta blocker like Labetalol.
