Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Yes intake of I-pill frequently could cause harm to future pregnancy.
An emergency contraceptive like I pill should not be used as regular method of contraception. It is intended to use in case of emergency like condom breakage, unplanned sex etc only to prevent pregnancy.
Regular intake of emergency contraceptive pill could cause irregular periods, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, ectopic pregnancy & other harmful effects including infertility. Next time use regular contraceptive pill or condoms for prevention of unwanted pregnancy.

However you could take the i pill now as no other method could prevent pregnancy now & it is better to prevent pregnancy then undergoing an abortion.

Don't worry you would be fine
Hope this information helps
