Can Consuming Two R-CINEX 600mg On The Same Day Cause Problems?

Sir, i had a doubt whether i had taken a tablet of R-CINEX 600 mg in the morning. So, i took another one later. As i m prescribed to take one daily..what could be the consequence if i took it twice today only. Will this overdose affect me my body too much. Further, since i have to take tablet one daily for 10 months, so what happens in a case that i miss it on a day.

R cinex i.e. tablet contains rifampicin 450 mg +Isoniazide 300 mg ,while capsule contains 600 mg =INH 300 mg.
As you mentioned that you took R-CINEX 600 mg tablet is not available .
It may be R-CIN 600 mg contains rifampicin 600 mg .
So in my opinion this is R-CIN 600 mg .
Now your main question if you took two tablet than need not to worry , except nausea and hyper acidity there will not be any problem .
If you miss one day need not to worry but not more than one day , otherwise there will develop resistant to medicine and that is most dangerous thing in ANTI TUBERCULAR TREATMENT ( ATT).
