Can Cough Syrup, Aspirin Or Marijuana Be The Cause Of Fluctuating Pregnancy Tests?

I haven't smoked marijuana since October 4th 2013 I had two negative urine tests as of October 28th and October 30th I then took another test November 6th and it came back positive again what could be the problem last week I didn't feel to well so I took some non aspirin and cough syrup without alcohol for diabetics

Pregnancy test trace HCG and cough syrup,aspirin or marijuana do not interfere with the amount of HCG.
You should confirm/exclude pregnancy doing blood HCG or TVS.
