Can Cough Syrup Be Given With Panadrex And Ibuprofen?

my child is 1 year and 8 months old
he had fever yesterday so the doctor described Panadrex syrup along with ibuprofen syrup
fever still there, and now he is starting to caugh..can i also give him Flumed syrup
i mean is it ok if he takes it along with panadrex and ibuprofen?

Flumed can be given along with panadrex and ibuprofen. Flumed is basically for cold.So for coughing CPM + dextromethorpan syrup like allex junior would work better.
