Can Coughing Make Placenta Previa Bleed?

Can coughing make placenta previa bleed?i am 27 weeks pregnant and on my 21 weeks scan i was told that i have placenta previa...now i have cough and whenever i cough i feel pressure and pain in my lower abdomen.does this cough have any affect on placenta?

usually not,but care should be taken not to have contd. cough if for long time get investigated.make sure u get treatment for cough.
