Can Cymbalta Help With Anxiety And Depression Along With Lost Appetite And Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

I have really bad anxiety an depression I have been on cymbalta for about 2 months an all the sudden I have no appetite have problems goin to the bathroom but I already have IBS. I feel tired I never do anything an lately still been having anxiety attacks. I can't eat, like just can't an don't want too. I've also been experiencing really really bad stomach pain above my belly button that feels like I'm hungry but also hurts. I constantly feel like something is stuck in my throat an I am scared.

Cymbalta i.e.duloxetine is an antidepressant drug and have following side effects.
Felling of fullness in stomach ( epigastrium) , as something is stuck in throat , hunger but no desire , slight loose motion,tiredness .
As all these symptoms are side effects of duloxetine .
Consult your treating psychiatrist and get his opinion regarding this.
However I assure that any thing is not in throat so don't get tension rather consult your psychiatrist and get his opinion.
