Can Dealing With A Mentally Disturbed Person Cause Stress?

hi ,this is a serious question ,is it me going mad ,or is it something else ,ive never have been seriously stressed or mood swingish ,until the last few weeks ,i have a girlfriend thats got mental illnesses ,that she keeps saying she sences everything i do and thinks shes psykick ,she keeps telling me i need help, and roars and screams calling me this and that and then 6/7 hours later she is all nice and back too her same ,roaring ,is it me thats actually mad or is she making me mad ,i have too get up and walk away somwtimes too clear my head

I understand that you are going through a stressful time due to your girlfriend's problems. Now, a person with mental illness can definitely put a lot of stress on the relationship. In your case, it appears that your girlfriend is sausing you a lot of stress and tension due to her erratic and unpredictable behaviour.

I would suggest that you ask her to seek professional help for her mental health issues. You should also consider taking time to relax and de-stress yourself, so that you are able to cope up with these problems. You also need to give a serious thought whether you would be able to continue to stay in such a stressful and difficult relationship or not.
