Can Dehydration Cause Dizziness, Weakness And Hot Flashes?

I have been having hot flashes, feeling of dizziness/weakness, and lower stomach cramping since late yesterday. Could this be dehydration?
I am 19 years old, 134 pounds, 5'9, and have had my apendix taken out about 3 years ago. Other than that no serious medical conditions besides fainting from blood.
