Thanks for the query. Automatically, by current standard guidelines, with such high levels of LDL or bad cholesterol, you qualify for medication treatment to lower the levels. It is almost impossible for you to reach the desired drop with only diet or exercise (would mean to drop it more than 110 points). Medication should be paired up with intensive diet and exercise changes.
