Can Discomfort In Body And Excessive Heat With Goosebumps Be Indicative Of Something Serious?

Iam facing a problem from last winter,i feel sudden heat in my body and along with that red burning goose bump alike something apears in my whole body especially in my face, back, hands and it disappears after some minutes 5-10mins, iam really feeling umcomfortable with this problem, plz help

this is very usual process for anyone, inorder to combat cold hypothalamus which is a thermoregulatory centre for our body. When the outside temp is less than our body heat centre is stimulated and ie the reason for sudden heat in body with goose bump appearance lasting for 5 - 10 mintes
