Can Disinfected Contact Lens Be Used In Eyes?

Hi! I recently had conjunctivitis (pink eye), which is gone now, thanks to antibiotic treatment (Gentamicin) eye drops. My questions is this: Can I disinfect and reuse my soft contact lenses that I was wearing when I got pink eye? If so, will it be sufficient to use Opti-free Replenish multi-pupose solution ("no-rub, cleans, reconditions, rinses, disinfects, stores," according to the bottle.)?
