Can Dizziness In An Old Female Be Related To Sinus, Eye Injury Or Cancer?
my mother is 77 and in remission(3 years, 4 months) but i am very worried, first she said she fell out of bed and struck her eye and refused medical treatment, been about two weeks now and she stating complaining of extreme dizziness. could this be from the blow to the eye or she says sinus problems or a spread of cancer to her brain

HI Thanks for posting your query .
Dizziness can happen due to multiple causes . From simple causes like generalized weakness , Low or High BP, Less of Hemoglobin , Low Sugars to serious causes like heart problem brain problem .
But in your mothers case she had a trauma to her eye and possibly head also . Due to her age there is a chance of bleeding inside the skull or a concussion injury to brain or bleeding behind the eye also . The possibility of spread of cancer to brain is possible but I would consider it next to above mentioned causes .
I advise you get a MRI Brain for her which will let us know if there is any problem inside her skull . Kindly let me know what does her MRI report comes .
