Can Ear Granulation Be Cured By Neosporin?

sir my son is around 4.5 years old suffereing from granulation of left ear for one month and half month he is being administred neosporin h ear drops for last one month as per the suggestion of ent specialist. please tell me will it be cured by ear drops or it requires any further medication.

Yes , Neosporin h ear drops will decrease ear granulations .
But if ear discharge persist even after 1 month of use of Neosporin h ear drops , i will suggest you to investigate by doing granulation biopsy & histopathologal examination of tissue to known diagnosis .
