Can Enlarged Lymph Nodes In Chest Cause Constant Coughing?

I have enlarged lymph nodes in my chest that have been confirmed by x-rays and ct scans. I also have stage four lung cancer that is currently stable. I have been coughing for the past 6 weeks. I have taken antibiotics in case it was an infection. Could the coughing be from these lymph nodes.

Good morning. As you said you have enlarged nodes, these might be pressing upon your bronchi and cause coughing. radiation therapy delivered to these nodes can lead to decrease in their size and can relieve your cough. You need to consult your doctor for radiation therapy.
