Hi welcome to HCm
Dear , the problem of your knock knee at 28 years of age is normal case
and I think many adults are somewhat knock-kneed. This is rarely a problem, and surgery or
physical therapy is seldom undertaken to correct it.
But severe knock-knees in adults can lead to problems: in a study of army recruits, for example, those with severe knock-knees were more likely to be injured in the intense activities of basic training.
As you said you have no difficulty in walking or running, but just conscious about how it looks.
So I would like to suggest, you should not worry about it as long as it not bothering you physically .
For adults with severe knock-knees, orthotics—foot supports, made of foam, leather, plastic, fiberglass, graphite, or some combination, that fit in your shoes—can reduce the increased risk of exercise-related
injury by correcting the structural imbalance .
You can try
massage therapy which may or may not help at this age . Even then there is no harm in doing massage as it helps strengthening muscles in general , along with intake of balanced diet containing all essential nutrients ,fiber,
vitamins ,minerals in natural form, lot of water , and
yoga postures ,stretching of specialy legs ,pranayam &
meditation help to aquire wellbalanced body and mind .
It is advised to see your doctor for further guidance .
Hope this helps solves your query .Take care .All the best .Wish Get well soon .
Don't hesitate to come back in case of any further query .
