Can External Hemorrhoids Be The Reason For Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Groin?

I developed external hemorrhoids after a lot of stress due to a broken pipe flooding my home I got put in a hotel and figure the toilet paper caused the external hemorrhoid I've had this happen in the past and I've had the external hemorrhoid for a long time since having my baby I have not had swollen lymph nodes in the groin due to a hemroid in the past but I do this time I went to my doctor due to a three day headache she gave me migraine medicine which I took one pill and have not had a headache since I'm wondering if these swollen lymph nodes are due to the hemorrhoid I've never had swollen lymph nodes due to him right before

Hemorrhoids result from an enlargement of veins around the anus. This condition is not associated with swollen lymph nodes.
Swollen lymph nodes may be as a result of an infection or some other conditions like tumors. To determine the cause, you need to undergo a clinical assessment and do some laboratory examinations. I would suggest you take an appointment with your GP for proper assessment and management.
