Can Fainting In Hot Weather And Stressed Conditions Be Signs Of Puberty?

Hi My daughter is 12 years girl. She is started to see menstruation since last 3 months. But the problem is she develop a kind of fainting when she is on school exam and when the whether is hot. What do you advice me to do? Does this be a sign of puberty?

It is not a sign of puberty. It can be a sign of anxiety or adjustment disorder. Reassurance will be enough in most cases.
