Can Few Drops Of Blood On The Needle Indicate Wrong Injection Place?

i take b12 IM. This is the first time, not with the Nurse supervising, that i did it myself. I'm just nervous I did it in the right location, and that i aspirated correctly. Not sure I did. Got a few drops of blood when i removed the needle. does that mean i injected the b12 in the wrong place?

No that is not the case , you can get some blood by injuring the superficial vessels.
