Can Fibromyalgia Be The Cause Of Pain In Groin?

Hi. My name is Linda.I am 55 years old. I am 5'6" and weigh 130# I am having severe pain in my groin, waist and hip flexor area on the right. If I bend even 3 inches to the left I have severe pain in these areas. It seems to stiffen up when sitting or laying on my left side. I cannot lay on my right side. I have mild low back pain as well. I'm not sure what this is or what kind of doctor I should see. I also have Sjogren's syndrome and fibromyalgia. I have had one back surgery partial facetectomy for spinal stenosis at L4-5.
