okay, so i have a rather specific question regarding orthognathic surgery...hope u can be of help. i have a bit of an underbite and will probably have corrective jaw surgery in a couple of years to fix it. i also have a rather long-shaped head. my question is: will fixing my underbite make my head look a little smaller?

Hello Sir, giving jaw proper shape will definitely not make your face smaller unless your face is too small. You can have computerised images before corrective surgery to exactly how it will look like.
