Thanks for your consultation at HCM!!! I have gone through your case and as your physician I completely understand your health concerns.... You have got gallstones with raised ESR and lipase.....are you feeling pain in abdomen??? Are these values slightly increased or greatly? You should be seen by your doctor to rule out Acute Pancreatitis as one of complication of gall stones .. Raised alkaline phosphatase again signifies obstruction of bile duct..are you jaundice?? Do u feel fever and rigors and chills??? You better consult your doctor so that you have been assessed properly... Raised ESR may be coz of UTI and any other infection...
