I was camping this past weekend and in high temperatures from thursday to sunday, and had my next NuvaRing ring with me in the car because my replacement date was Saturday. I'm scared that the heat of the weekend may have ruined the ring. Could it still be effective? If I am having some bleeding, does that mean it's ineffective?
