I had my CBC blood test done and the hemoglobin count is 118gm and the normal range said here is 120 and above but my other blood counts are normal only the hemoglobin are not can this mean their is something wrong or can it be something to bother with?

No, the value is so close to the normal range that we usually dont consider it a problem. If you are still worried just increase your iron intake by eating more green leafy vegetables and red meat.
