Hi, Since you have already had several abortions, it is time to decide the causative factor before trying for another pregnancy. Causes could be several and range from hormonal imbalance, uterine infection, vaginal infection, cervical factors, genetic defects, uterine irritability, urinary infections, medications and general infections depending on the time of abortion and the nature. Please consult a specialist in high risk pregnancy and also a geneticist. Couple evaluation as well as counselling is necessary. Only after proper evaluation and necessary treatment, should a pregnancy be planned. As of now, your endometrium is thin for implantation to happen; at least 8mm. of endometrial thickness is necessary. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good luck.
