Can I Conceive With My Sperm Count Being 1.52 Million?

Dear Doctor,

I had an operation of hernia 10 years ago. One of my testes was up in my lower tummy,

Some time I feel pain in my testes I wanted to go for marriage this year I went to the Doctor to get my medical done in my SEMEN test we found very poor results total counts 1.52 million.

The detail report if attached, I want to know can I have baby in my marriage life. And what complications possible?
