I am 48 years old. I have had about 5 months where my bleeding changed from the normal bright red flow, to a brownish discharge with some red bleeding on day three. Then I skipped a month completely. This month the discharge is mucousy with pink streaks and has lasted 7 days now. I have noticed a vaginal odor that is different. I have a pap scheduled for early January. Do I need to get it moved up? is this a sign of early menopause?
