Any disease like typhoid have not any relation with the diet specially protein diet.After recovery you need more protein like chicken.

u can take fish or chicken. but better in gravy form & better avoid in fried form.
Becoz sometimes typhoid may affect liver severely , so digestion of fat might be affected in that cases just like in viral hepatitis(jaundice) and ulcers may be there in intestine during typhoid fever.
