Hi,
In the current scenario, I would advice a proper planned approach for best results. You need to see an infertility specialist, get a physical exam along with the standard protocol of investigations like complete hormonal profile, trans-vaginal sonogram, blood counts, urinalysis, serum Prolactin levels, glucose tolerance test, AMH and serum DHEAS levels. Targeted treatment based on the cause gives quick and good results. Please maintain a healthy weight and some regular exercise as it is going to help a lot in the treatment. Hope this helps.
