Can I Sleep In Day Time During Pregnancy ?

i am 3 months pregnant . i have sound sleep in during the night even though most of the day i feel so sleepy during the morning time and usually i went to sleep for 2hour in the morning. Is it harmful for the baby? Why i fell so sleepy?

Hi there
There is no harm if you sleep for a while in the daytime.Infact,2-3 hrs sleep during afternoon is recommended.But include some light activities like walking into your scedule.Absolute sedentary life is also not good.Just eat well and take enough rest.You should do ok.
