Can I Take Valium While Suffering From Chest Pain?
Hi there I went to hospital last night with bad chest pain and the dr after I had blood tests heart tests and X-rays prescribed me indomethacin (25mg) 1 tablet 3 times a day. I m in a fair bit of pain and was wondering if I can take a Valium to relax the muscles. I don t want to mix medications if it is dangerous. Thankyou in advance.
The Valium can be consumed with Indomethacin without any drug interaction, which will help you to calm down the brain. However, if the anxiety is not the reason and sleep is not disturbed, I would not recommend the intake of Valium. Instead, a muscle relaxant such as Chlordiazepoxide or Etoricoxib will give better results than Valium. However, your primary care is best guide to suggest you proper drug molecule after your systemic examination.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
