Can I Take 'fenofibrate' To Reduce Triglyceride Levels?

I am 35 years old I have a high triglyceride >230 now however the LDL is 75 and HDL 55 . I have reduced the intake of diary product since last six month still it's not reducing , shall i start taking medicine like Fenofibrate ?

what are risk of taking fenofibrate in future?

Hello thanx for using hcm,
Feno fibrate is v effective in reducing triglyceride levels.Diet and exercise Plays a major role in reducing tgs.
Consume low carbohydrate, low fat diet , as excess carbohydrates are stored as triglcerides in the body.carbohydrates are all your cereals, pulses , fruits, dairy products, sugars.
Avoid saturated and trans fats like butter, ghee, cream. cheese, full fat dairy products, red meats ,egg yolks, organ meats , fried foods , bakery products,
processed meats.
Consume more of omega sources like fish, flax seeds, walnuts, almonds,olive oil.
Do regular exercise or aerobics daily.
