I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain Melaglow is a steroid free depigmentation creams and it is quiet safer and helpful in reducing pigmentation..
But in case if you have got scars on face then creams cannot completely resolve them and the treatment will depend upon the type of scars as there are different types of scars like waterpik scars, boxcar scars, scars with rolling borders etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment will depend on type of scars..
Different treatment modalities like Microdermabrasion, dermal rollers, Microneedling, Excision with elevation etc can be done .. You can as of now keep using Melaglow as well as you can apply silicone gel over the scars.. You can also exfoliate your skin twice a week..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
