Can I Use Silver Sulfadiazine Cream As I Am Having Redness And Puffiness On My Left Eyelid?

i noticed on my left eyelid...reddness, puffiness..toward the nose area and now extending across the whole top of the lid...been treating it with aloe and shea butter...vaseline...cortizone..antifungal cream...little better..but still there...been there for several weeks..not consistent with any one cream...i am 65 years old...and very dry...have got silver sulfadiazine cream...want to use it but a little afraid...should i...or can i....

It's not recommended to apply silver sulfadiazine over the eyelid.

It's possibly inflammation of the eye lip known as Bhlepharitis.
The etiology of which could be seborrhoeic dermatitis.
I would suggest you to consult Opthalmologist for further assessment.
