Can Increased Dosage Of Vyvanse Cause Irregular Menstruation?
Took vyvanse 30 mg for one month, doc switched to 70 mg the next month and currently just took the first pill of my 70mg refill. My periods have always been regular... every 27-30 days like clockwork... lasting 3-4 days. My period should have started 2 weeks ago only I had very light and irregular spotting but no actual bleeding and still haven t had my period

Hi, I think vyvanse is not known to cause periods abnormalities. If you have not got your periods on time and if you are sexually active, do a urine pregnancy test to see if there is any pregnancy. If negative, you can take some medicines like meprate or deviry for inducing periods. It can happen due to stress or may be infections. Get yourself evaluated by a gynecologist.
