Hi,I m jegan/21/India . For the past 8 months I have trouble excreting because of constipation and hard stool. I have unbearable pain when excreting because i cant pass stool without straining and a lot of blood comes in a thin line and sometimes I feel a swollen anus. Checked with a general surgeon five days before and he said it is ACUTE ON CHRONIC FISSURE IN ANO and suggested surgery is best option and its not piles. My question: I sometimes feel somebody is hitting me with nail at inner part of the anus and the pain is so freaking high (is it internal piles?) Is lateral sphincterotomy isis the only option ? ( I m afraid of the surgery and pain) I have been taking laxatives for past five days and I feel tired . How long can I take them,before weaking my bowel muscles ? Does taking laxatives continuously will give soft stool and heals the fissure? Do I have internal piles? Suggest me a high fiber diet Plus I found these on the medical sheet Posterior fissure Mild sphincter spasm No skin tags He only used his hands no medical instruments
