Can Kidney Problems, Be Related With Back Pain And Fatigue?

My symptoms are: back pain (especially right side middle of back, possible muscle pull), fatigue, and at times chills. I've had these now for over a week. I figure a pulled muscle would be feeling better by now? I'm worried it could be my kidney, since that's area of my back that hurts the most. I'm urinating fine. FYI...I've had LOTS of UTIs throughout my adulthood. I'm a 37 year old female and the only medications I'm on right now are Lamisil (for toenail fungus) and Advil (which isn't helping my symptoms by the way). Please help.

Hi,
From history as you get chills, fatigue and back pain indicates that there might be having urinary tract infection.
Pulled muscle or strain does not cause chills or fatigue.
Go for routine urine check up.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Take plenty of water.
Take Diclophenac, paracetamol combination for pain.
Ok and take care.
