Can Knee Replacement Leads To Tingling And Numb Feet?

I have tingling and numbness feeling in feet and numbness crawling up the leg...muscle and joint pain itchy dry eyes, stuffy nose, pain in the side of hip and leg, fatigue....I have a total knee replacement, hepititis c, was told I have copd, pain in lower back and hip, pain in both knees.
