I have had a foul vaginal odor for several days. I tried monistat one day treatment and it did not help. I tried rephresh tonight. After having a bowel movement I had a tampon come out. It has been in for at least 3 weeks and I had no idea. Since the tampon is out what can I do at home to clean myself and get rid of any leftover germs? I m not sure if I should use monistat 7 to treat any yeast infection I may have now. I know doucing is usually discouraged as it can kill good bacteria as well. Any suggestions would be helpful! Thank you!
