Can Less Urine On A Home Pregnancy Test Cause False Negative Result?

I planned to take a home pregnancy test and recreated first morning urine by not drinking any water and not going to the bathroom for 4 hours but I only caught the last few drops of my urine in the cup, not the midstream urine. Is that sample still valid?

All that s required is 2 drops dear u can repeat d test after 3 or 4 days or if u r very anxious consider doing a blood test to find out ur pregnancy status
