Hello welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I can understand your concern. As you have blood in urine and burning while urination so cause most probably is UTI. other causes may be Renal stone, cystitis, bladder stone, injury or blunt trauma. Kindly do ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, urine routine and urine culture sensitivity. Drink lot of fluids. You can take tab. tramexanic acid 500 mg after consultation, syp. disodium hydrogen citrate 10 ml. Kindly consult with urologist with report.

Take care.
