Hi doctor i am male and age 28yrs. In every winter since last 6yrs a few drops of urine comes out automatically even after complete discharging of urine in bathroom. Can you please explain this why it happens? Is it any problem? if yes then what may be the reasons and its effects?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Single episode of such dribbling may be related to stress, overdistended bladder when urine was withheld for a long period of time or else.
* If recurrent episodes of the same, then neurologic reasons of bladder control either overflow incontinence of pelvic floor muscle weakness must be evaluated ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
