Can Levothyroxine Tablet Show Positive Pregnancy Test?
I have been taking Levothyroxine .025mg for the past 3 days for low thyroid. My period is 2 days late and today morning i got a positive HPT. But the test line was not as dark as the control line. Am i Pregnant or is this the effect of the levothyroxine tablet?

Thyroid medication does not effect the results of the pregnancy test
It is possible that the test was performed improperly,or the urine was too diluted to give an accurate reading, or that test strip was not stored properly before use.
If you suspect you are pregnant, you should see your doctor for a quantitative hCG blood test no matter what result you get on a strip test
