therefore, alcohol, should be avoided and strictly avoided if liver enzymes are elevated (

if all above results negative then
advice:
-abstinence from "Alcohol"
- LOW fat diet should be followed
- NO red meat
- vegetables should be ingested daily
- Moreover, less activity should be carried out (no sports).
- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day
- or swimming is alternative to walking
-"recheck liver enzymes after 6 to 8 weeks".
- loose weight if
overweight or obese
