Hi,

Loprin contains aspirin which belongs to the group of medications known as antiplatelets or anticoagulants is used to treat and prevent heart attacks, strokes and heart related chest pain or angina. It helps to prevent the formation of blood clots in your blood vessels. It is a very widely used medication for heart protection. Again, some studies have shown that low dose aspirin can lower the chance of miscarriage in some women. Amongst women who have a further late miscarriage, aspirin like Loprin at a dose of 75 mg daily may be sufficient to maintain the pregnancies until after 14 weeks gestation.

It improves uterine blood flow and prevents pregnancy induced hypertension. Daily low dose aspirin like Loprin use in pregnancy is considered safe and is associated with a low likelihood of serious material or fetal complications or both, related to use. Low dose aspirin prophylaxis is recommended in women at high risk of preeclampsia and should be initiated between 12 weeks and 28 weeks of gestation and continued daily until delivery.

Dirogest contains dydrogesterone which is used to regulate the healthy growth and normal shedding of the uterus lining. Therefore, it may be useful in the treatment of menstrual disorders such as absent, irregular or painful menstrual periods, infertility, premenstrual symdrome (PMS) and endometriosis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
