Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello Doctor.... I m 30 years old woman and having headache(full head &cheeks also) when I speak louder and if I hear any louder sounds. I m also getting dizziness often(at least 3 days once) for past 3 months. And now my headache is really getting worser than before and having neck pain too. I also have a history of migraine& sinus. It would be helpful if you share what may be the reason for this headache & what should I do to get rid of this.
hi dear...I have gone through your queries and concerns thoroughly ...what I understood is that headache fullness of cheek and neck are all due to migraine as you have told that you already have that history ....the reason for aggrevation of these symptoms can be due to recent emotional or physical stress ....you can use combination of paracitamol and acelofenac for these symptoms .... their no 100% cure for migraine although their are some drugs which can reduce its symptoms and frequency like calcium channel blockers, gabapentine, fluoxitine, amytriptyline ....you can do prophylactic course of these drugs... if you have history of recurrent sinusitis then you can go to a physician and get ct scan of head and sinuses done along with other clinical evaluation done to rule it out I hope it was of help to you thank you
