Can Magnesium Oxide Cause Diarrhea?

I take twin labs blood pressure success, they changed the formula and added magnesium, oxide. I know their are different kinds of magnesium some can cause diarrhea, does this one? Also diabetic says lowers sugar? Also I take meds for acid reflux does it affect that?
