Can Mass Tissue In The Maxillary Sinus Cause Hearing Loss?

I have recently had an xray that indicated a 2.5 cm convex soft tissue mass projecting over the floor of the left maxillary sinus. I have experineced significant hearing loss for the past year on the left side. Could this mass cause the hearing loss and what would be a course of treatment

Hello

Well.. although it is a possibility , but it is unlikely that the mass is causing your hearing loss. I would like you to meet your ent doctor and get an audiological testing and examination of the sinuses done ,please get back to me with the report , i will be in a better position to help you then.
