Hi! I recently lost over 60 lbs. About 2 months ago I became dizzy when laying down at night and when lifting my head off the pillow in the morning. I realized I was taking the same dose of blood pressure medicine that was prescribed at my original weight. I had my blood pressure taken and it was very low, as was my pulse rate. I reduced the dosage by 1/2 and the dizziness was greatly reduced, but I still feel I am over-medicated. This morning I had an EKG done at my new doctor s office and was told I have 2nd degree SA block due to dropped heart beats. I have never had any heart issues in the past. Can this have something to do with being over-medicated with Norvasc (Amlodopine)? I also take Synthroid, as my Thyroid shut down years ago, and I have a nodule on my thyroid. I also take Wellbutrin (Bupropin) for depression/anxiety. Any ideas? Thanks
